QRS Pianomation Installations

Pianomation is automated hardware outfitted to your piano  that enables the piano to play original recorded music, including the accompanying  instruments & vocals, just as if a pianist was playing your very own piano in a band or orchestra.  A QRS Pianomation player system makes this possible.  The QRS Pianomation player system can be fitted to almost any piano.

We are dealers and expert factory certified installers of the QRS Pianomation player systems. Because of our low overhead, we pass the savings on to our customers. We use premium Bose speakers in our systems to give our customers the optimum sound.  We install the QRS Pianomation player systems for several local dealers as well as individual clients with referrals from the local piano technicians.

Our installation turnaround time is typically 2-5 days. This is much faster than a factory installation, which can take 2-3 weeks.  We began installing QRS systems in 2001 and since that time we have installed over 250 units.  A QRS Pianomation player system comes with a 5 year warranty on parts and 2 year warranty on labor.  Because we are certified installers, we add 3 years to the warranty on labor. So you get a 5 year warranty on both parts and labor. When we deliver the piano into your home, we make sure everything works properly, set the volume levels so they are compatible to the acoustics of your room, and assist you in the operation of your player system.

1. With over 250 installs, we have the experience necessary to provide you with information on the perfect front end unit for you.  The front end units vary in price and each one is a little different.  Most sales people that sell these units don't install them. We know how the system works and know the advantages as well as the disadvantages of each front end. There are many different types of units, but we want to provide you with the system that makes the most sense for you and your family. You don't want to spend more money than you have to. We feel that if we help you save money you will be a happy customer.

2. Should a problem arise with your piano, who is going to fix it? We are local and since we do the actual installation, who better to correct your problem? Since we did the install, we know your piano better than another installer would. Most dealers send the piano back to the factory to have their players installed and typically don't have installers on staff to fix problems. So in most cases, they find an outside technician to fix the problem. This can take days if not weeks. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, so we are usually there to service your piano next day.

3. We personally perform installs and set the volume levels in your home. We show you how to operate the system and answer your questions. Most piano movers can't do this. As a matter of fact, if there is a piano mover in our area that is also a certified pianomation installer, we don't know of them.

4. We get the job done faster, but perform a quality job. We have been told by our QRS sales representative that our installations are excellent and "Some of the best work she'd ever seen." Your piano is handled by only our piano movers and doesn't have to travel back and forth to the factory. This means a trip up to Northern Pa. and back is not necessary. The less your piano is handled by different hands - the better.
